Sunday November 24th

I woke really late so I decided to have lunch, One of those diet frozen food things had a whopping 360cals and a glass of lemonade 110 clas! Then for the rest of the day I had ice chips and a stick of celery plain. For dinner I had a cup of navey bean soup which if loaded with protien 160 cals and a piece of corn bread 180 cals and a mountain dew 170  cals!

Total for the day=990 cals
That's ten cals under my limit. Tomorrow I'm cutting back to 500 cals Can't be to much harder

January 5th 2003~

Well Todays gunna be a good day I only plan on eating 2 meals and  ones a 6'' subway veggi sandwhich with no mayo mustard or cheese. PLus a bag of those WOW chips that are really low in cals only 75 in a bag and no fat! And I'll drink my usual ice tea all day I reallly cant live without that stuff, there no way I'm gunna give that up.  Plus the tea only has 88cals in it. I had scrambled egges for breakfast that was 140 cals

Total cals for the day=709

Friday April 18th

I had a ceasar salad from mcdonalds which I was really proud of since it was soooo tempting to get something else.  so why my friend consumed a fatty burger and greesy french fries I had a perfectly good salad. I also had  a lil bag of cereal becuase I got hungry but thats all the snacks i had.  I also had a egg salad sandwhich.  <======I feel really guilty about that one.

I have no idea how many calories I consumed but I do know it was way to many
Saturday Arpil 19th

Today I had 1 chocolate chip cookie, and some tri tip but only a lil tiny bit i put some sweet bbq sauce on it too.  But I'm done eating for the day so I dont think i did bad at all. I dont know how many cals that is but I'm done for the day so im not to worried.
Monday April 21st

Today I had a thing of pintos and cheese from t-bell and 1 peice of pizzs and a bread stick, and a chocolate egg.  So I guess this was a really really bad day, not so much food I guess just the food I chose to eat was not at al the best I should have been wiser about my decisions on what to eat.  That's why you should not go out to eat with your friends!

total cals: 801
Tuesday April 22nd

Today I had 1.5 cups of cereal, 3 glasses orange juice, a hot pocket, cheese, and an egg.

Total cals: 1124.5 eeeeeek now that's a bad day :(
Tomorrow im going on a fruit and veggie fast not fatty food will touch these lips :)

Thursday April 24th

Okay I'm not even going to put on here what I ate today I am to dissapointed in myself and to embarrassed I binged I feel awful I'm gunna try the 2 4 6 8 diet and am gunna cut back to 800 cals! then 600 then 400 then 200. It's gunna take three days but then I'm gunna repeat it.  i think this is going to work!
Friday April 25th

Okay today I did ok!!  I am even under the cals I was shooting for...not by much but hey I'm under so yaaa for me! 
K-heres what I ate bag of chips (480 cals) (ouch I know thats a lot but it was my breakfast and lunch)  skittles (120 cals(  (I have a skittle diet I am going to share with you all)  an english muffin  (120 cals) with tomatoe sauce (45 cals) on it.

Total Cals for the day-765 :)
Sunday April 27th

potato salad-357.5cals
BLT(half a sandwhich)- 400cals
apples-negative food though
animal cookies-126.5cals
slice of bread with cream cheese-166cals
soda-120
1 rib (small-no bbq sauce)100 cals

total cals for the day 1,207-:S this is a really bad day prolly shouldnt go on anymore picnics
July 20th 2003

Today I ate

2 egg whites 100 cals

1/2 a piece of beef jerky 50 cals!

7 layer burrito 520cals (but I threw it up)

Total cals 670  (I'm not sure how many though since I threw the burrito up)
